Rightsizing for Listing Photos

This client was preparing to list his home for sale but felt the furniture placement was off and the décor lacked energy. Our goal was to get this house “photo ready” within a week.

We began by grouping and categorizing all items and décor throughout the house. After reviewing each category, we removed anything that wouldn’t be used for staging or moved to the new home. Once the sorting was complete, we discussed furniture layout, finalized a plan, and brought in professional movers to remove the items no longer needed.

Next, we partnered with a professional stager who fine-tuned the furniture arrangement and offered color and décor recommendations—using pieces the client already owned to enhance the space and make it photo-ready.
