This client’s family member had moved out into their own home, leaving behind a bedroom that was originally a guest room. With the house about to go on the market, we were diligent in getting this space converted back into a guest bedroom.

This busy and creative mom works full-time, runs a side business, and homeschools two children—so she needed a highly efficient, multi-functional space to support it all. The guest room needed to serve as four different purposes.
